Online therapy for adults in Colorado
MileHigh Counseling is an all-virtual private practice based in Northern Colorado. I work with adults anywhere in the state by secure video — no commute, no waiting room, and no need to find someone with an office near you.

What people bring here
Most people arrive with a mix of these, and we sort out which one to start with together.
- Anxiety that does not switch off, even in a good week
- Trauma and PTSD, including a nervous system that stays braced
- ADHD and executive function struggles, diagnosed or not
- Autoimmune conditions and chronic illness
- Adoption, family building, and the waiting that comes with it
- LGBTQ+ affirming care, without having to explain the basics

How telehealth works here
- You need to be physically in Colorado at the time of your session — not necessarily a resident, and travel within the state is fine.
- Sessions are held by secure, HIPAA-compliant video, with a private link sent before each appointment.
- Appointments are held in a morning window, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Mountain Time, and new clients are welcome.
- The same license and standards apply online as they would in an office. This is not a chat service or a coaching program.
Fees, plainly stated
The fee depends on the length of the session, and it is the same whether you are in Denver or across the state. A 15-minute consultation call costs nothing, and there is no obligation after it.
I do not bill insurance, but I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, and I keep a sliding scale for anyone who needs it. Asking is not awkward.
