A quiet forest trail in the mountains

What we actually work on

Not a lecture on productivity apps. The real friction, and what is underneath it.

  • Late diagnosis, and re-reading your whole history through a new lens
  • Task paralysis: knowing exactly what to do and being unable to start
  • Time blindness, deadlines that ambush you, and the pile you have been avoiding
  • Systems that survive a bad week, instead of ones that only work when you do
  • Masking at work and the cost of holding it together all day
  • The "I should be able to do this" voice, and the shame that follows it

Practical, not just insight

Understanding why your brain works this way helps. It is not enough on its own. We spend real time on structures, routines, and ways of starting that fit how you actually operate.

Shame gets addressed directly

Years of missed deadlines and unfinished projects leave a mark. A good share of this work is untangling self-blame from a genuine neurological difference.

Paced for a real life

Plans get built for the week you will actually have, flares and bad days included. A system that collapses the first time you are sick is not a system.

ADHD rarely travels alone

Anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness and ADHD overlap constantly — and one makes the others louder. Sessions account for the whole picture rather than treating attention as an isolated problem.

If you also live with an autoimmune condition or chronic illness, or you are in the middle of an adoption process, that context is part of the work here.
